Integrator Framework – Vendor Onboarding
Developed a common Integrator Framework to onboard new OTA vendors, enabling expanded inventory and customer options. Drove sustained GBV growth with each new vendor added.
Rate Key Distribution Module
Built a module managing multiple rate keys from external vendors, optimizing pricing strategies for both B2C and B2B clients with user-group-level tailoring.
Service Migration & Grafana Monitoring
Led migration of a critical service to streamline processes, enhance Grafana monitoring, and improve overall resource management in production.
Change Discovery System (CDC)
Designed a real-time inventory Change Discovery System that detects and selectively inserts data changes, ensuring data consistency across 10K+ properties.
Extranet Email Reply Service
Built a service enabling property partners to reply to guest messages directly from email, dramatically improving OTA partner communication.
Race Condition Fix – Sync Cron Job
Resolved 100% of data inaccuracies from a race condition in the sync cron job using fine-grained locking and atomic operations.
Data Reconciliation & Alerts
